Electrical Component  Cabinet was used for well monitoring. It has not been used for over 10 years. Sold as Scrap.

No assistance in loading. Bidder must supply equipment and labor to remove item.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship their item (s). You are expected to load you own items. If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you will need to bring someone with you. Limited assistance may be available. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all items of interest. Inspections/pick-ups are by scheduled appointment only. All viewing must be scheduled prior to the closing date. All items sold on auction are untested and sold as is.

Appointments/Pick-ups are Mon-Fri 7:00am to 2:00pm.

The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item (s) from the warehouse and must take all items at time of pickup.

We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS.

Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

***Abandonment of Item*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. City of Alamogordo will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.

PayMac Inc handles all payments for City of Alamogordo. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pickup or the item will not be released to you.

The City of Alamogordo may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
