These are very old "Test Taker" devices. These are IR and use an IR to USB receiver. They were made about 12 years ago and the software is not available for them. You should only buy these to recycle the materials in them. I have 30 bags with about 24 in each bag.

The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
