[ View/Ask ]2001 Audi A4A. Vehicle was seized from drug forfeiture. Vehicle was fully operational with no known mechanical defects at the time of seizure; however, vehicle is sold as is. All physical defects are shown in pictures. Prospective buyer should schedule an appointment to verify the foregoing. This thing looks rougher than a night in jail and sounds like a 9N tractor with a sinus infection.

- This surplus asset is being sold "as is", with no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Do NOT bid if our Terms and Conditions can NOT be met (Payment/Pickup dates within auction).
- Vehicle maintenance records will not be provided.
- License plates have been removed and temporary tags will not be provided.
- Vehicle may have body and/or interior damage not shown clearly in pictures. Possible interior/exterior cosmetic damage consistent with active use and age of property. No guarantee on working condition and that all parts are present.
- The reserve is set. The Office may consider bids that are lower than this amount but may also refuse bids not meeting the reserve.
- Winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with title transfer and plates.
- Winning Buyer's Driver's license/photo ID required for auction transaction.
- Shortly after an auction ends, the winner of the auction will receive an email from Public Surplus telling them they have won. This email will be titled “Winning Notice on Auction…” and will include five detailed steps that will help guide you through successful completion of your transaction. Remember, payment is made to Public Surplus. If you receive an email informing you that you have won an auction, it is your responsibility to contact us by email (follow the “send email” link under the Auction contact field of the auction you won).

COMMUNICATION:
- All communication related to auctions shall be directed to Carman Rainbolt. Email carman.rainbolt@dac.state.ok.us or telephone number 918-756-0794.
- Emails are responded to Monday – Friday, 9am to 3pm, Central Standard Time (except during Federal, State and /or County Holidays). Should you not receive an email response, please check your SPAM folder.
- Appointments to view item can be made between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday through Friday by appointment only.
Pickup:
- The buyer (or authorized representative) must supply all personnel for item pickup/removal. If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone with you. Staff is not allowed to assist with loading. All loading and transportation of this property is the buyer's responsibility including making sure the authorized representative comes fully equipped (equipment, labor, etc) to remove items.
- No loading assistance will be provided.
- Non-Running vehicles must be towed.
For 3rd Party Pickup:
- Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).
Bidders violating these terms will not be issued a refund and will be blocked from future auctions. Any winning bidder that attempts a charge back via credit or debit card will be subject to the appropriate CRIMINAL action.

District Attorney's Office - District 25 may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for District Attorney's Office - District 25.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
District Attorney's Office - District 25 will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
