These are Abandoned bicycles that are being sold

Buyer accepts the bicycle/item in its current condition.
Pickup Hours are by Appointment Only:
Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm
Persons must be escorted to the Impound Lot

The Successful Bidder will be responsible for packing and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
Auction winners will need to show government issued picture ID, the notice of award, and payment receipt at time of pickup.
If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the item(s), an emailed letter of authorization is required and must include:
1. Third-party name
2. Auction number and item description
3. Bidder’s name or company name, complete address, phone number, and a copy of the bidder’s driver’s license
Authorization and ID copy must be received before any item is released.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card

Payment for an awarded item must be received within Five (5) Business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All Sales Are Final.
Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

City of Livingston may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
