All property is sold on an "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Solano County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. Successful bidder will be responsible for packing, loading, handling, hauling of items purchased or arranging shipping and the cost of shipping item(s) when applicable. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.

All auction pick-ups are by appointment only.  Appointments are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Closed from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm to support other County operations. Appointments are 30 minutes each. You must call (707) 784-1428 or E-Mail surplus@solanocounty.gov to schedule an appointment.

Payment is due, in full, no later than 10 business days from close of auction. Payment must be made at the time of pick up by Debit/Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) *We do NOT accept online payment, cash, money orders, cashiers checks, personal or business checks.* 

All state and local tax apply. Current sales tax is 8.375%. Buyer is responsible for the Buyer's Premium of 7.00% and shall be added to all purchases made.
